摘    要:介绍了一种平面传声器自由场环境下的测量方法,通过对平面传声器校准装置的测量数学模型及其测量不确定度评定方法的分析,给出了不确定度评定实例,并对校准装置测量不确定度进行验证,验证结果表明该校准装置测量不确定度判定合理可信。

Abstract:A measurement method of the surface microphone for free field is described. The mathematic model of the surface microphone calibration system and evaluation of measurement uncertainty are analyzed. A real example for evaluation uncertainty is showed. The uncertainty of the calibration system is verified. The results are showed that the measurement uncertainty of the calibration system is reasonable and reliable.
