摘    要:在车削加工凸轮零件的过程中,刀具要做快速往复运动,其驱动单元应具有较高的速度、加速度与位置精度。本文深入研究了伺服刀架系统的构成;选择了刀架直线驱动元件;建立了直流直线电机的数学模型和控制系统。所建立的伺服刀架系统以直线电机作为刀具的伺服驱动元件,采用上、下位机的控制结构体系与DSP实时伺服控制器,并采用先进的专家PID控制策略,从而满足了凸轮车削对速度、加速度、位置精度与行程的要求。

Abstract:The cutting tool must move to and fro in a high speed in cam turning, so that the driving unit is required to provide a high speed, a high acceleration and a high positioning accuracy. In this paper, the structure of servo tool holder system, the driving unit selection and the mathematical model of the control system are investigated in detail. Linear motor is selected to drive the servo tool holder. A host slave control system with PC and DSP is developed for the requirement of high speed and real time servo. Combining with an advanced control strategy, the system developed can well meet the requirements in cam turning.
