硬铝CY12CZ在强电场中的超塑胀形

摘    要:研究了未经预处理LY12CZ在强电场中的超塑气压胀形。结果表明:外加强电场可使胀形制件的相对极限高度提高15%。经微观晶粒尺寸及等轴比的测定和细观空洞观察证实:强电场改善了LY12CZ气压胀形时的超塑性及将强电场超塑成形技术应用于工业生产的可行性。

Abstract:Superplastic bulging of duralumin LY12CZ under a strong electric field,without any pretreatment,is investigated. The experimental results show that: the relative limit height of the superplastic bulging increases by 15% with the strong electric field. It results from the improved superplasticity of duralumin LY12CZ during the superplastic bulging with a strong electric field,according to the measurement results of the dimensions and the equiaxed ratio of the grain size and the observation results of the cavities. Meanwhile,the practicability of a strong electric field applied to the superplastic forming of metallic materials is also verified.
