WC-Co硬质合金喷涂层的高速车削机理与技术

摘    要:WC-Co硬质合金喷涂层是刀具材料的主要成份,难以用普通刀具对它进行车削加工。本文分析了这种喷涂层与超细晶粒刀具材料在结合强度上的差别,研究了高速车削的合理性与可行性。本文还深入讨论了刀具材料、特定的切削用量优化指标以及刀具几何参数确定等实际技术问题。

Abstract:WC-Co spray coating carbide, the main composition of cutting tool material, is rather difficult to cut with common cutting tools. In this paper, the difference in cohesion strength between coating carbide and superfine grain carbide tools is analyzed, and the rationality and feasibility for high speed turning of the coating carbide is investigated. Some practical problems of this technology, such as tool material selection, special optimization index of cutting parameters and tool geometry determination, are discussed as well.
