| 摘 要： | 以玉米为研究对象，研究了振动流化床的干燥性能，建立了干燥速度与操作参数之间关系的数学模型，用单因素分析了各操作参数对干燥速度的影响，并提出了获得较高干燥速度的最佳振动强度公式，模型的计算值与实测值能较好吻合。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the drying performance is studied in vibro-fluidized bed with grain as the sample material. A mathematical model for the relation between drying rate and operating conditions has been established. The effects of the parameters on the drying rate are analyzed in single factor. An empircal formulation of the optimum vibration force is obtained. The results calculated with the mathematical model are in agreement with the experimental data well. |
