基于神经网络的武器系统费用效能分析

简述了导弹武器系统的费用－ 效能分析的方法。研究了三层神经网络的结构及算法，提出了用神经网络理论来估算武器系统的费用和效能的方法。武器系统的费用和效能与武器特征参数的关系可通过神经网络的阈值和权值得到体现，通过实例作了说明，并进行了武器系统费用－ 效能分析，该方法比较可信。

WEAPON SYSTEM'S COST-EFFECTIVENESS ANALYSIS BASED ON NEURAL NETWORK

In this paper the method of cost-effectiveness analysis of missile weapon system is discussed. The structure of the three-layer neural networks and the implementation algoriths are studied. A new method for evaluating weapon's cost and effectiveness with neural network theory is given out. The relationship among cost, effectiveness with characteristic parameters is described by threshold and weight of neural networks. The method is illustrated by examples here. Finally the cost-effectiveness of missile weapon system is analysed. It is considered that. This method is highly credible.
