This paper overall and summary expounds the harms of kinetic heating to weapons which carried on oprational aircraft, quantify illustrates the influence of various factors on kinetic heating temperature, The paper provedes a lot of charts and graphs, in which can determine correct flight speed and flight duration to prevent overheating during aircraft flown in varying sea level ambient temperature. Lastly a flight tests result of typical air-to-air missile is presented and compared.
