| 摘 要： | 根据电泳涂装生产车间的布局结构及其基于DH 的PLC控制网络,设计生产线基于LabWindows/CVI的实时监控虚拟仪器(Virtual Instrument,VI)系统。该VI系统通过RSLinx OPC服务器实现LabWindows/CVI与PLC的通信,能对生产线进行在线监控,包括数据采集、传送、显示、控制、及数据存档等。

| Abstract: | Based on the overall arrangement structure of an aluminum electro-coating workshop and DH based PLC control network,a virtual instrument system(VIs) is developed with LabWindows/CVI 6.0 software.The system can supervise running status of the production line,including data acquisition,transmission,display,and control,as well as data archiving,whose data communication between the PLC and LabWindows/CVI is served by RSlinx OPC Server. |
