| Abstract: | This paper introduces the principle of fault diagnosis in control system and classifies fault diagnosis methods into two categories:analytical model and fault diagnosis based on independent of analytical model. Various methods of fault diagnosis are discussed in detail and their applications are summarized. At last the future development of these techniques are forecasted. |
