构型管理是复杂飞机研制过程的必然趋势,是对全生命周期的产品数据的管理。由于因设计、制造、工装的原因以及用户需求的变化,设计更改频繁等特点导致了飞机产品数据管理难度的增加,通过对构型管理研究和应用,实施流程再造、版本管理,保证版本的可跟踪性,实现各构型项的标识、控制、纪实和审核。

Development and Application on A/C Configuration Management

It is an inevitable tendency to perform configuration management for the development of complicated aircraft, which means the management for the data of the whole lifecycle of the A/C. The management of the product data becomes more difficult due to the frequent changes in design, manufacture as well as tooling according to the variance of the customs demands . Through the development and application of configuration management, A/C configuration has been individually identified, controlled, recorded and audited by means of process rebuilt, version management which ensures the traceability of the versions.
