Construct the Modern Tele-educational System Adapting to New Situation

With the coming of knowledge economy and information age,the concept of life-long education has been generally accepted by the public.Therefore ,it is a realistic topic to study how to provide the learners with a flexible,open and free learning parttern.As a result,the nation has defined the strategic objective of developing tele-education.We must get a clear understanding of the situation,grasp the opportanity and make our efforts to construct the modern tele-educational system of our institute.
