螺旋桨桨叶试验模态分析

摘    要:本文用试验模态分析技术研究了螺桨桨叶振动特性。重点考察、分析了桨叶根部连接状态和桨叶安装方式对振动固有频率和模态的影响;提出要准确地了解和分析桨叶的动力特性,应该模拟螺桨与发动机实际连接、安装状态,进行桨叶—桨毂—螺桨轴耦合动力特性的计算和试验。

Abstract:The vibration characteristics of propeller blades have been investigated by using experimental modal analysis technique.The emphasis of the investigation is put on the effects of different joint conditions of blade root ends and mounting ways of blades on the nature frequencies and modes of propeller blade vibration.From the contrast analysis of the results it is concluded that in order to understand and analyze the dynamic characteristics of propeller blades precisely,the calculations and experiments of coupling dynamic characteristics of blade hub shaft of propeller assembly should be completed for simulating the joint and mounting conditions between propeller and engine practically.
