| Abstract: | The reticulated polyurethane foam is over 90 Percent void, less resistant to fiuid, more stable at elevated temperatures and has property to suppress fire and/or explosion. The reticulated polyurethane foam is not only used as fire and explosion suppressing means packed in vehicles' fuel tank but also used to preduce reticulated ceramics and meals.This paper describes the properties and applications of reticulated polyurethane foam and its manufacture. |
