| Abstract: | This paper presents the design and preliminary result of focal plane array(FPA) of a CCD camera utilizing a CCD image chip.The FPA contains CCD drivers,analog signal amplifiers and filter circuit of power.Besides simulation of these in Pspice are also discussed in this paper. |
