微机化弹条测量仪的研制

摘    要:该仪器综合运用机、光、电等技术 ,在微机系统控制下 ,可在弹条一次安装下自动测量弹条的 9项几何参数 ,测量不确定度远小于被测几何参数公差的 1/ 10 ,测量一件弹条只需 4 0余秒。文中简述了仪器的结构。

Abstract:The instrument was developed by comprehensively making use of the mechanical, photo and electronic techniques. It controlled by a microcomputer system, can automatically measure nine geometric parameters of a spring bar which needs only one time of installation. Its uncertainty of measurement is by far less than one-tenth of the tolerances of the measured parameters, and it spends only about forty seconds to complete the measurement of a spring bar. This article introduces the principles of the structure and operation of the instrument, especially presenting the principles of the specially devised mechanical-photo-electronic and photo-electronic sensors used in the instrument.
