兆瓦级风机叶片大载荷、大变形静态试验方案研究

摘    要:介绍了某型号2MW 风机叶片静态试验技术要求及方案设计思路。该类兆瓦级风机叶片静态试验具有大尺寸、大载荷、大变形的特点;这导致了试验所需占用场地及安装空间很大,试验固支基础强度及刚度要求更高,试验加载及测量随动连续性更好等要求。通过调研相关资料并结合自身条件,研究设计了3套大载荷、大变形静态试验实施方案;比较优选了1套最佳方案并最终圆满完成了这一创新型试验课题。

Abstract:The technical requirement and project design about structure test of the 2MW turbine blade is introduced. These turbine blades have the characteristic of bigger dimension, load, and deformation. So the more available field and fix space, the more structure and strength demands about the base of test fixture, the better adaptation continuity about test loading and test measure are required. We analyzed the correlated information and designed three projects of structure test about bigger dimension and load according to their conditions. And we choose the best project and finished the innovated test task.
