固体火箭发动机推力向量控制系统动力学计算

摘    要:针对某固体火箭发动机推力向量控制系统运动中接头内部受力状态复杂且试验难以测量的问题,建立了该系统动力学计算模型,计算了接触数组参数,对该发动机推力向量控制系统进行了多体动力学计算。得到了系统运动规律,接头内滚动体与阴、阳球体间的接触力、摩擦力矩和系统作动力矩。最后通过与理论计算和冷摆试验结果的对比,验证了建模和计算的合理性,得到了更接近实际的结果。

Abstract:Aiming at the difficult problems in calculating and measuring inner force of the joint of thrust vector control system of some solid rocket motor,the dynamic calculation model of the system was derived.Contact parameters and multi-body dynamic equations for thrust vector control system were calculated.The system movement laws,contact force between rolling element and convex,concave sphere in the joint,friction torque and system actuating torque were obtained.Finally,by comparison with theoretic calculation and cold pendulous test results,the model is verified to be reasonable.
