切削力误差混合补偿系统

摘    要:开发了一种新型混合系统,该系统结合多个单一系统的优点,弥补了它们各自的缺点。通过实验验证了该切削力误差混合补偿系统具有好的鲁棒性和补偿效果。该切削力误差补偿系统解决了以往单一补偿系统中不能解决的电机非线性摩擦力影响和刀具热误差影响等问题。

Abstract:Subsequent to the compensation of geometrical and thermal induced errors, cutting force-induced error remains a key challenge for achieving superior precision in NC machine tools.Hitherto autonomous solutions for compensating the cutting force-induced errors are developed.Unfortunately,the autonomous relationship between singular approaches constrains the exploitation in sister approaches and confines alternatives for limitations in the concerned approach.However accumulative improvements are not proportional to the labor and the resource input.Consequently an amalgam of compensation systems is developed to improve cutting forces-induced errors.The proposed hybridization enables efficient utilization of inherent advantages in all constituent modules and avoid their inherent limitations in each approach.Experiments conducted on CNC lathe demonstrate the exceptional performance and the robustness of hybridization.Furthermore the unpredictable nonlinear friction in the drive motor and the heat effect on cutting tools are modeled.
