复合材料强度的统计特性及其对结构设计的影响

本文讨论了复合材料强度的统计分析方法。对于所采用的两参数威布尔分布函数,用取自资料上的强度数据,做了参数估计及假设检验。在统计分析的基础上,给出确定设计许用值的方法。讨论了基于结构可靠性、考虑材料强度统计特性时选取安全系数的途径。最后提出两点讨论。

STATISTICAL CHARACTERISTIC OF COMPOSITE MATERIAL STRENGTH AND ITS EFFECT ON THE STRUCTURAL DESIGN WITH COMPOSITE MATERIALS

In this paper a statistical analysis method for strength of composite materials is treated. By using the strength data from Referrence5], parametric estimation and hypothesis testing are made for the two parameter Weilbull distribution function adopted in the paper. On the basis of statistical analysis, a method of determining the allowable design values is proposed. Approach to select factor of safety that is based on structural reliability and taken account of the statistical characteristics of material strength is discussed Finally, We give some discussion to this paper in two aspects.
