摘    要:分离科学面临的最大挑战是复杂体系中痕量组分的分离分析。为适应复杂体系分析。现代微分离技术成为化学化工和生命科学的研究热点。本文介绍了近五年来现代微分离分析中新技术,包括毛细管电泳、毛细管电色谱、微流控芯片和质谱联用技术;重点综述了这些新技术在环境与生物医药分析中的应用;最后概述了微分离分析技术的发展前景。

Abstract:Separation and analysis of trace components in sophisticated matrices is the most severe challenge which separation science encounters. As a result, modern micro-separation technology has become the research hotspot in chemistry, chemical engineering and life science. In this paper, the new technologies on modern micro-separation and their development in the latest 5 years, including capillary electrophoresis, capillary electrochromatography, microfluidic chip and hyphenation of mass spectrometry, were introduced. The recent application of these new technologies in environmental and biomedicine analysis was reviewed. Its development prospect in these fields was briefly outlined (with 48 references).
