| 摘 要： | 通过分析我国高职物流教育的现状及存在的培养目标定位模糊、师资缺乏、教材质量差、教学手段和方法单一等问题。提出了明确培养目标、加强师资队伍和教材建设、改革教学方法等对策。阐述了只有更新观念，不断创新，高职院校才能为我国物流行业培育出更多高素质的适用人才。

| Abstract: | By analysis on current status of logistic education and problems existed in imprecise orientation, teaching staff inadequacy, improper teaching material and monotonous approaches, the essay proposed countermeasures on identifying teaching target, enforcing teaching staff construction and improving teaching approaches to corfirm that only by renewing notion and steady innovation could the higher vocational college cultivate more qualified applicable talents for logistic industry. |
