星敏感器支架的改进设计

摘    要:针对原星敏感器支架要求星敏感器头和遮光罩分离安装的问题,设计了一种星敏感器支架。它具有结构简单、轻量化和易于装配等优点,能实现星敏感器的整体安装。对改进后的支架进行了力学分析和振动试验,结果表明,该支架的强度和刚度均满足要求。

Abstract:A design of the star sensor's bracket is improved to realize the separate assembly of star sensor's head and hood in the application of the bracket.The improved bracket has the advantages of simple structure,light weight and easy assembly,and it can perform integral mounting of the star sensor.The results of mechanical analysis and vibration test for this bracket show that both strength and stiffness of the bracket meet the design requirements.
