测温电路线性化设计及噪声分析

摘    要:本文针对某型号惯导原有惯性仪表测温电路存在非线性以及测温不够精确等缺点,通过优化电路参数、选取温度系数合适的电压基准,对原电路进行改进设计。随后的噪声分析及建模仿真表明该电路不仅能够实现全温度范围内的精确测温,而且具备良好的线性度。

Abstract:The temperature-measuring circuit of a certain type of Strapdown INS has poor linearity and accuracy. In this paper, the circuit is improved by optimizing circuit parameters and choosing the reference voltage with suitable temp-coefficient. Subsequently the noise analyzing and simulation indicates that the improved circuit maintains excellent linearity within the whole temperature scope.
