石英振梁式加速度计谐振器的结构设计与仿真

摘    要:英谐振器是石英振梁式加速度计的关键部件,其结构设计的好坏直接影响石英振梁加速度计性能的好坏。本文从切型的选择、电极的设置等方面阐述了石英谐振器结构设计的方法,并利用ANSYS有限元软件对石英谐振器结构的模态、力频特性和压电效应进行了仿真和分析,验证了理论模型的正确性,同时为设计不同用途的石英振梁式加速度计提供理论依据。

Abstract:Quartz resonator is the key part of the quartz vibrating beam acceleration(VBA),Its structure design influenced direct the capability of VBA.The article expatiated on the method of quartz resonator structure design ,from the choice of cut type and the seting of electrode.and, simulated and analysed the mode , Character of force and frequeny, piezoelectricity of quartz resonator structure. Validated the theory model.At the same time,all researches were helpful to design various VBA.
