摘    要:本文通过对影响静压气浮陀螺加表K0、K1项精度的因素分析,从加表及其重要组件的工作原理、结构特点、工艺过程等方面展开研究,总结出经过工艺试验及生产过程验证提高加表K0、K1项精度的关键技术,提高了加表验收合格率。

Abstract:The paper studies the error factors to the precision of equivalence ration K0 and K1 by analyzing the theory, structure and production engineering of the gas floated gyro-accelerometer. The paper summarizes the key technology on improving the precision of equivalence ration K0 and K1 of the gas floated gyro-accelerometer,which has been certified by the technical experiments and production engineering. Eventually, the pass rate of the gas floated Gyro-accelerometer has been greatly improved.
