转台电磁锁辅助脱锁电路

摘    要:本文从实际需求出发,提出了一种转台电磁锁辅助脱锁电路,该电路利用反冲原理,可以使转台电磁锁快速可靠的脱开.通过对电路的原理分析、参数选择、关键参数的仿真及实例验证,最终设计出一种电路简单,快速可靠的电磁锁辅助脱锁电路,为某些转台电磁锁不能完全脱开问题提供了一个良好的解决方案.

Abstract:Considering electromagnetic lock of some turntables can not be released safely, a auxiliary release locking circuitry for electromagnetic lock of turntable based on the recoil principle is designed to make the electromagnetic lock disconnect fast and reliably. First, the principle for the circuitry is analyzed in this paper, and based on the principle, parameters for the circuitry are chosen. Then, the simulation for some key parameters is done via technical software. Finally, the validity of this proposed circuitry is verified by some turntable.
