陀螺加速度计浮子焊接密封技术研究

摘    要:本文采用激光焊接技术对某型号陀螺加速度计的浮子进行了焊接密封试验,结果表明,采用Yb:YAG激光器深熔焊可以实现浮子的良好焊接与密封,同时,相对胶接密封,焊接接头无挥发物,改善了浮子内的工作环境,提高了接头的寿命、强度及稳定性。

Abstract:In this paper, the laser welding technology were adopted to weld and airproof the floater of PIGA. Through the welding test, this paper realized welded airproofing, and improved the inside work environment of floater, the strength and reliability.
