光纤式切削测力仪的研制

摘    要:切削力信号含有丰富的刀具磨损信息。它反映刀具磨损最直接,与刀具磨损的相关性好,信号处理的实时性强,因此可利用它作为特征量来实时在线监测刀具磨损。但是,现有的各类测力仪由于存在实用性较差的缺点,从而限制了这种方法的实际应用。这主要表现在(1)现有的测力仪一般都需作专门的结构设计,相对于有限的装夹空间来说存在安装问题。(2)为了保证测量的灵敏度而导致加工系统刚度下降。(3)普通的测力仪尾部都有导线,用以引出信号,因而实用性不好。本文以解决上述三个问题为目标,应用光纤传感原理,设计并试验了光纤传感器、光纤式切割测力仪,并对其原理、性能、应用等方面作了系统的研究。

Abstract:The cutting force involves rich information of tool-wearing. It can be used as characterisitics to monitor the tool-wearing on-line .because it reflects the tool-wearing obviously and has good correlation properties with tool-wearing. But the cutting-force testing device at present does not work applicably ,so its application is confined. This can be seen as follows i First the cuttting-force testing device needs special stuctural design. There is the problem of installation in the limited space of clamping tool post. Secondly, if high sensitivity is desired the rigidity of the machining system will be reduced. Thirdly, leads must be provided on the tail of arbor used in the strain type cutting-force testing device. It is impossible to change the tool in time ever if the alarm for tool-wearing is sounded. The object of this paper is to solve the above three problems. Applying the principles of optical fiber sensing,an optical fiber sensor and a cutting-force testing device have been designed and tested. A systematic research on the principles,functions and applications of this device has been made.
