压力温度石英传感器的优化设计

摘    要:传感器CAD是个崭新的研究领域,它改变了过去传统的经验、试凑等设计手段,目前国内在这方面研究才刚起步,国外的研究成果也不多见,作者分析了石英温度压力传感器基础理论后,提出了一种对该传感器的几何尺寸进行优化设计的CAD方法。通过理论分析、建模和计算,达到了使B模的力频系数趋向于零,而C模的力频系数在一定系统下为最大的目标,最终计算结果表明:该方法行之有效,并对其他类型传感器的设计也有借鉴作用。

Abstract:CAD for transducer is a completely new field of scientific research. Its design means is fully different to traditional experience of trial-and-error method. Up till now,the research in this field in our country is just at the very beginning and the research result abroad is seldom seen too. In this paper, some useful explorations of CAD-transducer are given. Based on the analysis of the principle and the characteristics of the pressure-temperature quartz transducer,the authors propose an optimum design method for the geometrical parameters of this transducer. With the theoretical analysis,the modelling and the calculation, the goal to minimize the force frequency coefficient for the SC-cut B mode to zero and to maximize that for C mode in the certain constrained condition,is achieved. The final calculated result shows that this method is effective in practice. The proposed method can be used for reference to the design of other kinds of transducers.
