摘    要:某型无人攻击机机身4框垂直型材是连接前起落架减震支柱和隔框的重要承力构件,使用中曾多次发生过严重裂纹或断裂故障.论文应用疲劳断裂理论分析估算了该构件的疲劳强度、裂纹形成寿命和出现微小裂纹后的裂纹扩展寿命,找出了断裂的根本原因,并在此基础上提出了使用维护建议,以供参考.

Abstract:The vertical profiles on the 4th bulkhead for a certain UCAV fuselage is the important load bearing component linking the shock absorber of nose landing gear and the bulkhead,once many serious cracks and breaking defects were occurred in use.The fatigue strength,crack initiation life and crack growth life after the small cracks occurred were evaluated in this paper using the fatigue fracture theory,the basic reasons were found,on this basis the maintenance recommendations are put forward.
