碳/环氧复合材料钻孔刀具磨损机理研究

摘    要:对高速钻削碳/环氧复合材料的刀具磨损特性、刀具磨损对钻削力的影响等进行了研究。结果表明:钻削彬环氧复合材料时,刀具磨损的原因主要是磨粒磨损(或质点磨损),随着刀具磨损的加剧,轴向力持续增加,扭矩的增加逐渐趋于平缓,因此控制刀具磨损是减小轴向力最有效的手段之一。

Abstract:In order to study intensively drilling-bit wear on high speed driUing of carbon-epoxy composites, this paper discusses the thesis studied the characteristics of drilling-bit wear and its effect on drilling forces. It is discovered that the wear is mainly abrasive one. With the worsening of drilling-bit wear, the Z-axis force increases steadily and the torque increases gently. Terefore, it is an optimum means for drilling forces to control drilling-bit wear.
