基于知识PETRI网的自动装配规划

摘    要:提出了一种由产品关联图自动生成产品装配优化序列的方法,首先对产品关联图进行割集运算,并由此可得相应的产品装配与/或图,再由此与/或图构造出产品装配的知识PETRI网,运行此知识PETRI网后便可得到此产品的最佳装配序列。本文介绍的这种基于知识PETRI网的人装配规划方法与目前常规的机器人装配规划方法,如启发工搜索法与基于装配知识库的装配专家系统相比,规划速度快,由于该方法将人工智能应用于PETRI

Abstract:A method is provided to generate an assembly sequences from production relation graph for products. An algorithm is presented, and the assembly AND/OR graph is generated by cutset calculation of the relation graph. With the AND/OR graph of production,the knowledge-based PETRI net(KPN) is built. The KPN, optimum assembly sequences will be obtained by running. An example is given at last.
