基于FTA的航天器热试验技术风险分析方法

摘    要:文章针对航天器热环境试验技术风险,研究航天器热环境试验技术风险识别、评价、分析、控制的方法。应用FTA方法分析质量不合格,图形化分析底层作业动作与质量不合格的内在联系;基于研制流程将热试验过程展开,对底层动作的风险严酷度开展评价;应用风险控制理论,针对底层作业动作风险制定控制矩阵。实践证明以上方法使航天器热试验过程的技术风险得到有效控制,提升了航天器热试验业务能力。

Abstract:In view of the technical risks in the spacecraft thermal environmental test, this paper studies to explore the method for the technical risk identification, assessment, analysis and control in the spacecraft thermal environmental test. The FTA method is adopted to analyze the common quality problems, with a graphical method for the inner links between the underlying job actions and the common quality problems. Based on the development scheme, in the thermal test process, the risk severity of the bottom-level actions is assessed. Then, the risk control matrix is established against the bottom-level operation risk, It is shown by practice that the technical risks in the spacecraft thermal test process are effectively controlled with the above method, and thus enhance the spacecraft thermal test capability.with the above method, and thus enhance the spacecraft thermal test capability.
