摘    要:针对应用于空间站的我国首个航天综合一体化电子系统设备的减重需求,通过试验验证了碳纤维/PMI/碳纤维、铝合金/PMI/铝合金2种PMI泡沫夹层结构的物理及力学性能,并与航天电子设备中常用的铝合金、碳纤维结构进行对比分析。研究表明,相比于铝合金结构,PMI泡沫夹层结构具有显著的减重效果以及良好的阻尼和比刚度特性,平均减重比约为40%,力学响应量级降低了40%~50%,为空间站电子设备的轻量化设计奠定了基础。

Abstract:In view of the light weight requirement of the first integrated aerospace electronic equipment to be used in China’s space station, the performances of two types of PMI foam sandwich structures, the TP and LP structures, are studied by tests with respect to their physical and mechanical properties. A comparative analysis is made between the performances of each sandwich structure and its corresponding basic material, i.e. the simple aluminum alloy or carbon fibers. It is concluded that the PMI foam sandwich structure has better damping and specific stiffness characteristics, with a reduction of 40% of the average weight, and a cut down of the mechanical response by 40 to 50 per cent. The results provide a foundation for the design of light weight space station electronic equipment.
