火星探测器锂氟化碳电池热特性测量方法

摘    要:锂氟化碳电池是新一代轻质化电池,比能量高且安全可靠,是火星探测器储能电源一次电池的佳选。但其放电过程反应热大,热效应非常明显,故须对其关键热特性参数如比热容和发热量进行测量研究。文章采用ARC(accelerating rate calorimeter)测量方法对锂氟化碳软包电池热特性进行测量,获得了电池的比热容及不同荷电态下的放电发热量,误差在工程允许范围内。研究结果可为深空探测器锂氟化碳电池的应用提供参考,并可推广至后续深空领域高能量比一次电池的工程化应用。

Abstract:The lithium fluorocarbon battery, as a representative of new generation light battery with high specific energy and safe reliability, is a best choice for the primary power source supporting Mars’ explorations. In view of a large amount of reaction heat released in the discharge process of the lithium fluorocarbon batteries, there will be a significant heating effect, so the related thermal properties such as the specific heat capacity and the calorific value are to be considered. A method of using the accelerating rate calorimeter (ARC) device is proposed to determine the specific heat capacity and the calorific value of the soft package lithium fluorocarbon battery. The specific heat capacity and the calorific value at different states of charges are measured, with values and deviation not veyond the engineering allowance. The research presults can be used in the application of the lithium fluorocarbon batteries, and more engineering applications of the high specific energy primary battery are expected in the deep space probing.
