| Abstract: | In this paper the lateral vibration phenomena of rotor of model CXG-1 magnetic suspension spinning rotor vacuum gauge are discussed, the lateral damping system of model CXG-2 magnetic suspension spinning rotor vacuum gauge is advanced and the contrast test results are given. |
