弹性支承下的双半内圈角接触球轴承振动分析

摘    要:针对弹性支承下的双半内圈角接触球轴承,考虑弹性支承体与轴承外圈、轴承座之间的刚柔耦合特性,建立了弹性支承下的双半内圈角接触球轴承非线性动力学微分方程.采用精细积分法和预估-校正Adams-Bashforth-Moulton多步法相结合的算法,对非线性动力学微分方程进行求解,并对弹性体支承的双半内圈角接触球轴承振动特性进行了理论分析.分析结果表明:①通过增加支承体过渡沟槽个数可大幅度降低内圈振幅;套筒环厚度对轴承振幅影响相对较小,随着套筒环厚度的增加,内圈振幅先减小后增大;②轴向力较小时,采用过渡沟槽个数多的支承体能够降低振动幅值;轴向力较大时,适当减少过渡沟槽个数,有利于系统稳定;③存在一个最佳的过渡沟槽个数和套筒环厚度,使得轴承径向振动幅值达到最小.

Abstract:Taking the bearing with elastic support as the object of study,nonlinear dynamics differential equation for the two-piece inner ring of angular contact ball bearing with elastic support,which coupled the outer ring and housing,was established.Fine integral method and predict-correct Adams-Bashforth-Moulton multi-step method were used to solve the nonlinear dynamic equations,and the vibration characteristics of two-piece inner ring of angular contact ball bearing with elastic support were analyzed and discussed.The analysis results show: (1) Magnitude of inner vibration can be significantly decreased from increasing the number of the groove joint.The thickness of the sleeve has small effect on inner vibration,and with the increase of the thickness,the amplitude value of the inner decreases first and then increases. (2) When the axial load has a small value,it is more helpful for decreasing the magnitude of bearing vibration when increasing the number of the groove joint.On the contrary,under the heavy axial load,it is beneficial for the stabilization of bearing when reducing the number of the groove joint. (3) There is a reasonable number of groove joints and thickness of sleeve for elastic support to obtain the minimum radial vibration amplitude of the bearing.
