微引射防冰腔热力计算

摘    要:介绍微引射器的防冰腔计算方法,建立了微引射器及双蒙皮防冰通道流体动力计算及热力计算的数学模型,并说明了用这些数学公式计算的流程,用所开发的计算机程序对运七机翼微引射防冰腔进行了实际计算,并探讨了提高计算精度及节省计算机机时的方法。

Abstract:An anti-icer with micro-ejector is used in Y7 wing thermal anti-icing system to save the used air.Thermal calculation for the type of this icer is very important for design of the anti-icing system.The calculation of icer is described.A mathematical model of fluid dynamics and thermal calculation for micro ejector and double skin anti-icing passage is es-tablished.The computer program for this type is described too. Practical calculation is carried out with developed program for Y7 wings icer.The method for improving precision and sav-ing computer time is discussed.
