基于ACME系统的历史型号技术状态管理

摘    要:在协同设计平台,基于单一数据源进行模块化定义设计的飞机技术状态管理,更改与数据是关联的,而历史型号的技术状态管理大年代不同,数据分散在不同的管理系统中,存在状态管控与数字化技术文档脱节、纸质审签周期长,效率低,且容易造成单据的丢失等问题。文中借鉴了模块化设计的技术状态管理方法,通过更改请求、更改建议和更改指令定义技术状态管理对象,将更改业务流程转移到ACME系统上,通过在飞机上的应用,验证了运用ACME系统进行历史机型技术状态管理的可行性,此方法操作简单,通用性强,效率高,能够满足型号要求。

Abstract:Comparing with the configuration management of modular definition in the aircraft collab-orative platform with engineering change associated with data based on single data source, whereas the configuration management of early aircraft project varies over time ,data is distributed across dif-ferent information management systems. There is no connection between engineering change informa-tion control and the original data. The review period is long,the efficiency is low and the document is easy to loss. The configuration management method which applied in the modular definition is used for reference in this paper by defining ECR,ECPand ECO.EC is transmitted from information man-agement systems to ACME. The feasibility is verified through its application in projects. This method has the advantages of simple operation , strong generality and high efficiency.
