By designing a special engraving tool, glass fiber cloth and epoxy resin glue areused to lay and cure on the surface of the engraving tool layer by layer to obtain the FRP templateblank, After the blank is cured , the final chemical milling engraving template is obtained by process-ing the chemical milling viewport with a five-axis machine tool. The dimensional accura-cy of chemical milling of the skin processed by the glass tempered milling template is improved by0. 5 ~1 mm , and the glass tempered miling template can effectively improve the dimensional process ing accuracy and quality of chemical milling skin.
