高速飞机舱内设备布局设计

摘    要:高速飞机设备舱需要面对严峻的内外热载荷,热安全问题尤为凸出。基于电子设备的温度工作条件。分析了设备舱进行热防护、热密封、热管理设计的必要性。提出了热防护、热密封,以及热管理多专业一体化耦合设计的设备舱温控观点。阐述了设备舱室内设备布置与热管理进行耦合设计的方法。为解决高超声速飞机设备舱室的设备布置及热控制问题提供了设计方法和思路.

Abstract:The high speed aircraft equipment cabin needs to face severe internal and external thermaload, and thermal safety problem is particularly prominent, Based on the temperature working conditions of electronic equipment. analyzes the necessity of thermal protection, thermal sealing and heatmanagement design of equipment cabin. The viewpoint of temperature control of equipment cabinwith heat protection ,heat sealing and multi-specialty integrated design of heat management is put for.ward. The method of coupling design of equipment arrangement and heat management in equipmentcabin is described. To solve the problem of equipment layout and thermal control of hypersonic air.craft equipment cabin ,the design method and thinking are provided.
