线间距对电缆组件电磁串扰影响研究

摘    要:为了研究线间距对电缆组件间电磁串扰的影响,利用软件仿真、试验验证和理论分析相结合的方法,同时采用控制变量法,分析了对于扰电缆施加激励源时,受扰线缆上的耦合电压,并针对仿真与试验结果的差异性,进行可能的误差分析。通过以上研究得到随着线间间距的增大,受扰线耦合电压减小,同时仿真与试验数据变化趋势一致。在仿真过程中,由负载造成的误差可以忽略,而由于信号及计算精度所造成的误差,可通过解析信号并尽可能模拟实际信号及提高计算精度的方法降低误差。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of line spacing on the electromagnetic crosstalk betweencable components , using the method of software simulation, experimental verification and theoreticalanalysis, and using the control variable method, the coupling voltage on the disturbed cable whenthe excitation source is applied to the disturbed cable is obtained. At the same time, according to thedifference between simulation and test results, the possible influencing factors are analyzed. Throughthe above research, it is found that the coupling voltage of the disturbed line decreases with the in.crease of the distance between lines. At the same time, the change trend of the simulation and testdata is consistent. In the simulation process, the error caused by the load can be ignored, and the error caused by the signal and calculation accuracy can be reduced by analyzing the signal, simulatingthe actual signal as much as possible and improving the calculation accuracy.
