Abstract: | Electro mechanical actuator ( ElMA)is gradually replacing hydraulic/pneumatic actuator andbecoming widely used in aerospace , military and other fields ,especially in multi electric/all electric air-craft. ElA system has attracted a large number of scholars to carry out various types of research. Underthe background that the control methods and practical application of EMA gradually mature , further im-proving the reliability of the system has been widely concerned. In the process of ElMA operation,it is ofgreat significance to carry out real-time detection to ensure the normal operation of the system. In this pa-per ,an intelligent fault-tolerant control method based on sliding mode observer is proposed, which pro-vides an important mean for ElMA to effectively identify the running states of the system in engineeringapplication. The proposed method has great theoretical significance and engineering application value. Thesimulation results show that this method is reliable and effective .and that it can quickly identify faults andswitch control during the system operation ,indicating that the EMA system has good fault identificationand fault isolation capabilities under this control method. |
