| 摘 要： | 装备研制合同的合规有效履约对推动装备研制工作顺利开展有着重大意义。研究总结目前装备研制合同履约过程中存在的典型问题,从内外2个角度对合同履约效率低下的原因进行分析。从质量、进度、费用和技术服务4个方面探讨提高合同履约效率的具体举措,并提出流程建议,以促进合同管理思维的转变、合同管理制度体系的建立,进而推进合同的有效履约。

| Abstract: | The compliance and effective compliance of the equipment development contract is ofgreat significance to promote the smooth development of equipment, This study summarized the typical problems existing in the contract implementation process of equipment development, analyzed thecauses of the inefficiency of contract implementation from both internal and external perspectives , explored concrete measures to improve the efficiency of contract implementation from the four dimen.sions of quality , progress ,cost and technical services. The process suggestions were provided to promote the change of contract management thinking ,the establishment of contract management systemand the effective implementation of contract. |
