基于 ACME 系统的军用飞机试飞技术状态管理研究与实践

摘    要:目前,军用飞机试飞技术状态管理存在着流程不够完善、职责不够明确、体系不够健全等重难点问题尤其是飞机试飞技术状态更改控制不精准、不严格,信息化手段较为缺乏,试飞阶段技术状态管理工作存在较为明显断层。通过研究军用科研批飞机试飞技术状态管理组织机构、制度、流程及方法,构建了一种适用于军用飞机试飞技术状态管控体系,并基于 ACME 系统(Aircraft Configuration Management Environment,飞机构型管理平台)完善了相关信息化手段,打通了多类更改(结构、系统安装更改、软件更改、机载设备更改、用户资料更改)之间联系,并通过某型号的应用,验证了流程、方法及信息化手段的完整性及可行性,有效提高了飞机试飞技术状态管控能力和效果。

Abstract:At the scientific test flight stage of military aircraft in China,the problem occurs and con-figuration changes firequently , which makes it difficult and challenging to control the configuration ofthe aircraft. At present ,there are some difficult problems at the scientific test flight stage in militaryaircraft configuration management, such as imperfect process , unclear responsibility and inadequatesystem. Especially ,configuration changes control is not precise or strict, while the information tech-nology and tools are lacking, there is an obvious fault exists in configuration management duringflight test. By studying the military aircraft configuration management system , process and method.this paper constructs a control system applicable to military aircraft at the test flight stage. Based onthe ACME ( Aircraft Configuration Management Environment)system, it builds bridges betweenmany types of configuration changes data. Its application verifies the integrity and feasibility ofprocess , method and information technology , and improves the controlability and efficiency of mili-tary aircraft configuration management.
