舰载战斗机远海条件下一体化保障体系研究

摘    要:为了满足未来远海作战需要,提升我军远海作战能力,建设完善的舰载战斗机远海保障体系,从分析舰载战斗机远海保障具有环境严苛、气候多变、保障手段有限、航材质量要求高等特点人手,结合国内远海保障体系建设现状,通过对远海保障体系建设存在的问题进行研究分析,从保障信息化平台、远程技术支援服务系统.数智化诊断及维修系统、基于大数据分析的航材携行标准、保障设备优化及高素质人才队伍培养等方面进行探讨。创新保障理念,提升保障能力,实现舰载战斗机远海保障由传统保障向一体化保障的转变,构建数智化、信息化、综合化的一体化保障体系。

Abstract:The purpose is to meet needs and improve our military capability for future open seaoperations,and build a perfect offshore guarantee system. Starts with the analysis of the harshenviroment, changeable climate , high quality requirements for aviation materials of the shipbornefighter''s offshore guarantee , combined with the current situation of domestic offshore guaranteesystem construction. ''Through the research and analysis of the problems existing in the construction ofoffshore guarantee system, the guarantee of information platform, remote technical support servicesystem , digital intelligent diagnosis and maintenance system, aviation material carrying standard basedon big data analysis, support equipment optimization and cultivation of high-quality talents arediscussed. The guarantee concept is innovated ,the guarantee capability is improved and the transfor.mation from traditional guarantee to integrated guarantee is realized with purpase of building an com.prehensive integrated digital intelligence and informatization guarantee system.
