正压漏孔校准方法研究

以国内外正压漏孔校准装置及技术的发展现状为基础,研究了定容变压法、恒压变容法、动态比较法等正压漏孔校准方法,分析了这些方法的基本原理、装置构成和漏率测量范围,同时将它们的关键技术、实现的难易程度、优缺点等进行了比较和评价,并对我国正压漏孔校准技术的研究工作提出了建议。

Calibration Method of Pressure Leak

Based on the development of pressure leak calibration apparatus and technology,methods for pressure leak calibration,such as constant volume variational pressure method,constant pressure variational volume method and dynamic state compare method have been studied.The basic principle,apparatus constitutions and measurement ranges of leak rate for these methods have been analyzed.At the same time,the key techniques,difficulty of realization,advantages and disadvantages are compared and evaluated.Finally,suggestions for the study of pressure leak calibration technology in our country are put forward.
