星载微波设备低气压放电及其防范

摘    要:介绍了星载微波设备低气压放电和微放电的机理,以及两种放电试验的异同点.针对风云二号(FY-2)气象卫星微波旋转关节地面试验中发生的低气压放电,通过理论计算和模拟试验验证,确定其产生原因为多余物诱发放电.提出了设计、工艺控制和试验验证等防止低气压放电产生的措施.实践表明,低气压放电、微放电的机理和环境条件各异,两种试验不具互换性.

Abstract:The mechanism of the low-pressure discharge and multipactor in satellite-borne microwave equipment,and comparison between two discharge tests were described in this paper.To the low-pressure discharge in the ground test of microwave rotation joint for FY-2 meteorological satellite,the discharge induced by redundant substance was the reason,which was determined through theoretical computation and simulation approval.The measures of design,technique control and test approval to prevent the low-pressure discharge were put forward.The experience showed that the mechanism and environment of the low-pressure discharge and multipactor were different,and two tests had no interchange.
