对企业生产中选用材料的经济性的意义作了说明,并运用价值工程原理,对如何达到选用材料的经济性要求进行定性分析,提出了查表法、筛选法、类比法、试验法等定性分析方法;同时对单位成本法、加权性质法、增益比较法等定量分析方法及其应用进行了论述。

Economical Analysis on Material Selection

Great significance of selecting materials in an economical way for enterprises has been stated and a qualitative analysis on how to realize such a purpose has also been conducted on the basis of the principle of value engineering,therefore ,the following qualitative analysis methods such as checking , screening , drawing an analogy and experimenting have been put forward and quantitative analysis methods such as unit cost ,weighted property,gain comparison,etc. and their application have also been discussed.
