基于SWOT视角看民办高校大学制度的构建

民办高校的制度建设现状滞后于民办高等教育和民办高校的发展,客观上要求改革这种落后的制度现状,建立现代大学制度。借鉴SWOT分析法,分析民办高校建立现代大学制度所面临的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,从三个层面提出了民办高校现代大学制度建设的路径选择。

Analyzing the Structure of University System in Private Higher Learning Institutions from the Perspective of SWOT

The actuality of institutional building in private higher learning institutions falls behind the development of the private higher education and learning institutions,which objectively requires reforming this outdated situation and constructing modern university system.Drawing lessons from the analytical method of SWOT,by inducing the strengths and weaknesses of constructing modern university system in private higher learning institutions,this article proposes the path choices for the construction of modern university system of private higher education and learning institutions from three aspects.
